We have a dual-hopper bill changer with a dime- and nickel-to-quarter acceptor. We also accept credit/debit care, Apple Pay, Google Pay or the Fascard app. And when you join our Breeze Club, a Breeze team member can help you budget your laundry for the month with our payment app or loyalty card. You can even earn points toward free washes.

Breeze is committed to the little things in life – like making sure every single sock gets clean – as well as the big things – like making sure our planet is not exposed to harmful carcinogens. That’s why we offer Charlie’s Soap® free to all of our customers. Charlie’s has been third-party tested to be of the highest quality and safest laundry detergent on the market with the most superior results. If you try Charlie’s Soap and are not satisfied, we encourage you to use one of the many other third-party tested safe and effective options that are available at most grocery stores. At Breeze, clean laundry is just the beginning. Our Electrolux Professional 450 G-force washers are the only washers in the world to offer a sanitize feature, which means you get the absolute cleanest wash possible at no extra cost. But that’s not all.

The Breeze commitment to clean also includes regularly sanitized door handles, folding tables and laundry carts several times daily. Our restrooms are checked, restocked and cleaned with each shift as well. Our Breeze Team is busy cleaning all day, every day to ensure our facility will always be the cleanest in the Treasure Valley.

Another unique and important way we protect your health at Breeze is with our Wash Here to Dry Here policy. We know that nothing is more frustrating than having to rewash your clothes because a customer before you was able to dry soiled clothing. You don’t have to worry about that happening at Breeze. We work diligently to ensure that all items that enter Breeze have been washed in our hospital-grade washers prior to entering the dryer. We are proud to implement this safe and sound policy to protect your clothing and your health, and we are happy this policy is consistently a customer favorite.

Of course, our most important commitment of all is to your safety. In addition to having at least one of our outstanding Breeze team members on site during all business hours, we have a 24-hour surveillance system, patrol services throughout the day, and security to lock and alarm the facility at night and in the morning.

If you find that you have exceedingly soiled laundry, including, but not limited to excrement (such as baby diapers), petroleum, gasoline, ammonia, pesticides, herbicides or any chemical by-product, anything flammable or exceedingly odiferous, bed bugs or lice, please reach out to us (promise, no judgement) for suggestions about how to properly and safely launder.
