Getting Started

For your first pickup, place your items in a kitchen-sized trash bag and clearly label your name. Our driver will add a name ticket and return your completed order in a fresh plastic bag along with the number of Breeze Bags included in your subscription. These Breeze Bags will be used for all future service.  Breeze bags will have a one-time $5 charge per bag.

The Breeze Bag measures approximately 20×28 inches and holds up to 20 pounds of laundry.

Service & Scheduling

Route timing varies, so exact arrival windows cannot be guaranteed. Please have your laundry ready by 8:00 a.m. Pickup generally occurs between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. If you miss your scheduled pickup, you may reschedule online.

No. Place your Breeze Bag in your preferred designated location.

In-store turnaround is next day. Delivery turnaround times vary by location and will be shown when scheduling.
We double-bag laundry during rain or snow. If you need your order delivered to a protected area, notify us before noon on your delivery day.

Laundry Handling & Products

We clean every order using our safe, high-performance Breeze Pure detergent. It is biodegradable, hypoallergenic, free-and-clear, and unscented. Laundry is dried with unscented dryer sheets. For stains or disinfecting requests, note them at checkout or email us at least 24 hours before pickup.
No. Breeze separates and sorts all clothing for proper washing.
Yes. Towels, sheet sets, and small blankets (smaller than 50×60 inches) are included in standard per-pound and subscription rates.
These items are not included in subscription allowances and are billed separately. Contact us for rates.

Plans & Billing

Individuals and couples typically use one bag per week. Families often use three to four bags weekly. You may switch plans anytime; the update becomes active at the start of your next billing cycle.

Plan changes can be made anytime and take effect once your current cycle ends.

Plans run monthly from your sign-up date. Any unused balance expires at 11:59 p.m. on the final day of the cycle.

Your plan automatically renews at 11:59 p.m. unless canceled.

Select “Cancel Plan” anytime. Your plan remains active through the end of the current cycle.

Orders are applied based on the pickup date, not the date they were submitted.

Any excess laundry will be billed at the standard per-pound rate.

No. Monthly plans are for residential customers only.

No. There are no additional service fees.

Yes. Pickup and delivery are included at no charge.

Refunds are not provided for unused or partially used plans.
